Your cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath Vacation Guest Suite with luxe and fun tropical decor and high vaulted ceilings will provide everything you need for your stay in Cape Coral! Lush landscaping with Tropical palm trees line the large fully fenced yard and the suite is located within minutes of convenient shopping, restaurants and entertainment just off of Del Prado Blvd. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic, perfect for taking walks at sunset or just sitting by the fire pit outside, listening to the birds sing. With its convenient location, Palm Paradise is just a quick 10 min drive to both downtown Cape Coral and downtown Ft. Myers. Plus the Hancock bridge close to us is the only bridge across the river to Ft. Myers that is "toll free". For hikers and kayakers, the home is also close to the 4 mile eco preserve. Be sure to search for info on the hiking boardwalk and kayak trails. The large, fully fenced yard with cafe lights, fire pit area that seats 4, as well as outdoor dining table along with bbq grill offers plenty of outdoor enjoyment. Be sure to take time to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets almost every evening. The private and well-lit backyard makes for an ultra relaxing and peaceful environment. You’ll love having the option to either enjoy relaxation in the shade from a few of the large trees or time in the sun in the open yard! You'll enter the property through the side walkway with gate to the left of the property and come to the porch front door with push button keypad for your convenience. The living room and dining area are a combined space but offer everything you need for your stay along with a great table area for games or family talks. The family room boasts a 65” ultra HD smart TV with cool LED backlighting & has family games located in the console under the TV. The main bedroom has a queen bed with fully adjustable electronic base, a wall mounted smart tv and plenty of greenery to provide a sense of relaxation after a long day at the beach. The other bedroom has a full size bed, wall mounted smart tv, super color multi color LED accent lighting that you can turn on & off, and is small but a bundle of fun! Great for kids, teenagers, or even adults who appreciate the cool vibe in the room. The bathroom is fairly large with a high ceiling and lots of light The spacious shower has an ADA no-ledge entrance, plenty of counterspace at the sink, fun green plant decor, and of course a hair dryer for your use. The space has a modern kitchenette that offers a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, portable electric double burner cooktop, air fryer, toaster, keurig coffee maker, blender, & all utensils, plates, pots & pans. HVAC FILTERS LAST CHANGED Changed new on 08/04/2025 For reference, we do not currently offer a clothes washer and dryer. There is a laundromat within 5 minutes or please feel free to ask us about optional weekly laundry services for an extra fee. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet but close enough that you can quickly get to many amazing restaurants, grocery stores & cafes. Our small area is surrounded on 3 sides by canal streets so there is never any through traffic making it very save for kids and evening walks. There is a Walmart, Publix grocery store, Pollo Tropical, Outback Steakhouse, Staples, laundromat, & a fun bowling alley that has food, a bar and an arcade all within about 6 minutes of the house. PETS Pets may be approved with an extra fee. Airbnb only has an option for a 1 per stay, so if you have more than one, please let us know prior to booking. Message us anytime to verify the total fee & to tell us more about your pets including size and breed prior to booking. ***Please note that while our yard is private with hedges & a fence, pets must be attended to & not left alone outside & on a leash when anywhere else outside other than the fenced yard.***. The maximum dog size that we can accommodate is 40 lbs. JRA Bicycle shop is down Del Prado Blvd and just above downtown Cape Coral & they offer delivery to the house for bike rentals at $25 per day or $100 for the week. We provide bath towels, trash bags, hand soap, dish washer pods, tea, coffee and more. There also is an iron, ironing board and clothing steamer available for use. Each bathroom is stocked with a starter package including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hand towels, & at least 3 rolls of toilet paper. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys can be provided upon request for a small extra fee. Basically, think of it as a large hotel suite with many extras and just bring your clothes, tooth brush & tooth paste! Once booked, please see our "home manual" here on Airbnb for more detailed information. Guests who stay have full access to the entire guest house and associated outdoor area with no shared space. The guest house does have it's own well-lit walkway up to the unit as well as it's own private entrance. Our Suite is child friendly and we welcome family's with children of all ages. TOILETRIES - we are happy to provide a toiletries starter package for your arrival including 3 toilet paper rolls, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay. EXTERIOR CAMERAS - Please be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home. Currently there is one Ring doorbell at the front door on the exterior of the house. LAWN & PEST CONTROL *** Please note, we do have regular lawn service and pest control service. The lawn is typically cut on Tuesdays every week and the pest control company comes out once a quarter or whenever needed. Please feel free to say hi to them if you see them. - Lawn Service - Giovany - Pest Control - Austin Please let us know if there is any way we can help during your stay. ——————————————- ** Covid-19 Update - We have an excellent cleaning team that will spend significant extra time in between guests to ensure the house is well aired out and fully wiped down and disinfected. ** Guest access You and your guests will have full private access to the entire unit and fenced in yard space. You will have two designated parking spots in the driveway where you can park up to two cars back to back. The entry way is well-lit and private for your comfort and ease! Other things to note The neighborhood here is very quiet with zero through traffic. We are at the end of the road that comes to our house and our small neighborhood is surrounded by canals. Typically the only people that come into our neighborhood are people that live here. Please note that we do not have a washer, dryer, or oven in the unit. We tried really hard to think through everything else that you may need, including many conveniences that you would not have with a hotel. The closest laundromat is called “Cape Coral Laundromat” and it’s located at 111 Del Prado Blvd N, Cape Coral FL 33909. It’s only about 5 minutes from the vacation rental. 😀
