Comfy couch! Beautiful pool. However, no people under the age of 18 are allowed in or by the pool without adult supervision. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except the garage and one storage closet. Other things to note The area is full of fun things to do! Fisherman's village is a local favorite with good restaurants and shopping, Peace River cruises and other excursions. I always recommend a 90 minute "Swamp Buggy" tour at Babcock Ranch to see literally ALL the ecosystems AND wildlife indigenous to our area..it's a must from those 1-100 years old! Outlet malls within 40 minutes, 3 airports within 45 minutes(Punta Gorda airport 10 minutes!!)
