The guest room and master bedroom both off of the mudroom with bathroom near guest room and private bathroom in master. The outdoor area boasts an additional living space, with a spacing deck, including a 6 person table, additional seats, and a grill. 1+ acre of private flat property with swings for outdoor use and activities. A small play area in an unfinished basement with toys available for use. 2 car garage with tandem available for use. This home includes WiFi, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen of equipment and basic cooking ingredients, a two car attached garage with additional tandem and additional outdoor spots. **Please note this is a home that is regularly lived in and has personal belongings in it. While guests are more than welcome to play with all the toys and enjoy the home as their own, we do ask you to respect personal belongings such as clothing. Other things to note Please note: While we do allow dogs, they are 50 dollars per night, per dog, if large dogs. The listing option only allows per stay for a pet fee, this will be adjusted depending on your stay with your pet, to the rate of 50 dollars per night per dog.
