Bright and charming hand built Tiny Home nestled under a Madrona tree. Boasting 2 sleeping lofts connected by a catwalk. Full Bathroom, Kitchen, and Living room. Short walking distance to Agate Pass public beach. Play Pickleball, Tennis, and Basketball across the street. Suquamish Clearwater Casino is just up the road for food and games. Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo are a short drive (or bike ride) away. Take a day trip to explore the Olympic Peninsula. Tons of outdoor adventures await nearby! Enter the tiny home through the french doors to find a bright living room featuring a unique and comfortable Moroccan floor sofa along with a table that can be used for dining or playing some of the provided board games/puzzles. The not-so-tiny kitchen has ample counter space (made with Madrona butcher block), a large copper farmhouse sink, propane stove, and a full suite of kitchen necessities. The home cook will find all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to provide a great meal. Salt, pepper, and avocado cooking oil are provided. Refrigerator is a decent sized mini-fridge with separate freezer door. There is an on-demand water dispenser that provides filtered hot and cold water. Dishes can be washed in the small counter-top dishwasher. The bathroom features tile floors, a full tile shower with rainfall shower head and river rock base, closet space with hangers, and an all-in-one washer/dryer. The washer/dryer is great for small loads of laundry and handles both the washing and drying in one cycle. Please note a full wash/dry cycle can take about 5 hours, so plan accordingly. There are 2 sleeping lofts, each with a comfortable queen sized mattress and plenty of blankets and pillows to choose from. Both lofts are accessed from the living room, one has stairs and the other a ladder. The lofts are connected with a catwalk. The head space in the lofts is a little under 4 feet. Each sleeping space includes a wall lamp, a salt lamp, white noise machine, alarm clock, and power adapter with USB plugs. The stair wall has a fold down compartment that is designed as a standing desk. Perfect for placing a laptop and getting work done or watching a movie. Free Wi-Fi included, speeds are 400+ Mbps. BEACH ACCESS: 2 minutes down the street is Old Man House Park, a great public park featuring a lovely sandy beach, fire pit, grill, as well as bathrooms and outdoor shower. Beach is great for watching marine life and boats heading through Agate Pass (the body of water separating Suquamish from Bainbridge Island). Keep an eye out for seals, otters, and even the occasional whale! Walk north on the beach to get to downtown Suquamish which has a public dock and Sully's restaurant/bar. Guests have full access to the tiny home, as well as the driveway and front yard of the property. The neighborhood is a loop that is easily walkable with some hills. The beach is also great for walking. Beach access is through Old Man House Park which is a 2 minute walk from the tiny home. Beach is sandy and has charcoal grills and bathrooms. About a 15 minute drive to either the Bainbridge Island or Kingston ferries.
