Equipped kitchen-dining room (combined fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, Senseo, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board). Toilet. Gas heating. UPPER FLOOR: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining with 140 beds made upon arrival. New bedding. (08/28/23) Free provision of a baby cot with sheets and duvet on request. Bathroom (shower, 2-bowl sink). Towels provided. Shower gel, soap. Separate toilet. Electrical heating. Private covered TERRACE with garden furniture. Reserved parking space in front of the house and possibility to park a second vehicle along the house. Covered shared space to hang laundry in direct proximity. Coffee, sugar, herbal teas, teas, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper are provided. Cleaning products. I'm counting on you to leave the place in the condition you found it. If you wish, I offer a cleaning fee of €60. The €20 fee covers the cost of maintaining bed and bath linens. I do a thorough cleaning after each guest anyway. Guest access Entire house, reserved parking space in front of the house. Shared space to hang laundry and dryer available free of charge outside the accommodation in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note Children under 2 years old sleeping in the free baby cot I offer will not be charged. So it's important to record your children's age at the time of booking.
