This Cozy 2 bedroom Bass Lake guest cottage was totally remodeled in 2021 and is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes from Chicago. Only 12 minutes to Culver and Lake Maxinkuckee. Cottage is located on the West side of Bass Lake behind the main house. Sleeps up to 6 guests with a queen bed in first bedroom and a bunkbed with full on top and bottom in second bedroom. We offer multiple options to help make your stay even more enjoyable with the use of our children's and adult bikes, paddleboat, kayak/paddleboard combo, kayaks, 17 foot lily pad, bag game, disc golf, individual interlocking floating loungers and assortment of life jackets. The cottage includes multiple Tv's, Wifi, linens, towels, blow dryer, fully stocked kitchen and many more personal touches! A perfect getaway for small families or a romantic weekend. Private patio has a propane firepit, furniture set, picnic table and propane grill. The lake is located approximately 175 feet down the gravel driveway across the road. You will have access to the pier, private boat ramp and lakefront firepit. Sit back and watch or participate in lake activities, sun and swim or fish from the pier. Perfect place to relax with friends and family! If you are wanting a more secluded natural space we have a firepit on the back property that has beautiful, peaceful views surrounded by woods with plenty of yard space for lawn games. Or, just RELAX and take in nature at it's best! Have a boat or jet-ski?? No problem! Bring your own boat or jet-ski and enjoy the private boat launch/ramp on property along with dock. NEW for 2022! Will have a 12' x 24' patio over the water to Enjoy! Bass Lake Information: Bass lake is approximately 1,350 acres with a 8.1 mile road going around the lake. Perfect for running, walking or ridding your bike! Around the lake are 3 restaurants, marina, gas station, county beach, campground and convenience store. Feeling Adventurous.....head over to Culver (12 min. drive) and enjoy shopping, golfing, beach and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: This guest cottage is located behind main house which is owner occupied.
