The Boardroom

Located in the heart of downtown Ashland and within walking distance of everything, The Boardroom is a fully renovated, vintage sports themed loft, perfect for watching the big game, hosting a happy hour or making home base for a weekend in "Someplace Special". The Boardroom is perfectly positioned to check out AU or numerous bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, theater & escape room in a vibrant downtown. If you prefer staying in, enjoy a rooftop patio, board games, darts, a PS5 and streaming TV. The space This loft is like brand new. Everything in it has been renovated from head to toe with new mechanicals, appliances and finishes to accentuate some great bones and the building's history. There are only two exterior windows in the space, and none in the primary bedroom which make it ideal for sleeping in or for trips that require resting during the day. The rooftop patio is ideal for soaking up the sun, enjoying an evening cocktail or listening to the live music offered by neighboring establishments. There are extra blankets and extra sheets available for guests to use when they are necessary. There are three Roku enabled HD televisions all equipped with DirecTV stream, great for watching the big game. We also have a PS5, darts, board games and puzzles to keep you entertained during your stay. Guest access You can access the space anytime after 3pm by using a smart lock and the 4 digit code provided via email within 24 hours of check-in. We ask that you respect our space, all neighbors and Studio Rise yoga studio below. Our home is not pet friendly or baby-proofed or handicap accessible and may not be ideal for families with very small children or people with difficulty navigating stairs, however, all are welcome at your own discretion. Other things to note 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and pull-out twin trundle is located on a 2nd floor loft, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase and open to the primary living space below. Free off street parking is available at a number of recently re-surfaced, lit, public parking lots within walking distance. Front door, on the street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis to allow for drop-off and pickup of luggage, groceries, etc. during your stay.
