We would require all guests to thoroughly read through their check-in instructions link on how to enter & pick up keys. Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability. We offer late check-out till 1 pm max which is a paid extra, the standard check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measure, please check-out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest. Other things to note 📍Please note upon booking confirmation, we collect ID as required by law and you must sign our terms and conditions of the stay. 📍Strictly NO parties or social gatherings are allowed. Upon booking: 📍We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account. 📍Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. Early check-in prices: 12 pm - £40 1 pm - £31 2 pm - £23 3 pm - £12 Late check-out prices: 11 am - £12 11:30 am to 12 pm - £23 12:30 pm to 1 pm - £31 5 PM onwards - Purchase cost of an extra night. 📥Guests will receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started in your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as: ✨Dish soap ✨One kitchen sponge ✨Two trash bags ✨Two full rolls of toilet paper ✨Travel-sized shampoo, body wash, and conditioner ✨One full roll of paper towel in the kitchen ✨Some tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, and salt ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GUEST 📍Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £150 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. 🚭NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will be charged if any smoke odor is detected in the unit. 🚫No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. 📍Unparalleled Security and Peace of Mind: We have one actively recording camera (video & audio) outside the property overlooking the street. There is also a smart home device in the living space which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. 📍No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind. 📍Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. 📍Please note, that after booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions and an ID/Passport is required for all adults guests. In addition we require either; Security Deposit - pay larger fee that is refundable if the property was not damaged in any way. Or, Damage Waiver - We offer flexibility with damage waiver options that eliminate the friction often associated with security deposits.
