Other things to note - On each floor, bathroom and toilet. - Three bedrooms on the ground floor with direct access to the terraces. - A master bedroom with walk-in closet. - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. - Each floor has its own wooden terrace with garden furniture, and relaxation area. - The garden is equipped with a children's play area (maximum 7 years old).
