This family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect base for your Raglan getaway. Relax on the huge deck with open & covered options - perfect for sun lounging & outdoor entertainment after exploring the local area. Located in a prime spot, a short 5 -7 minute walk down to Lorenzen Bay for high tide water access and a 4 minute drive into Raglan Town for boutique retail shops, cafes & restaurants. The space Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just 4 minute drive to Raglan town. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautifully presented home has a bright open plan living, kitchen and dining area that flows onto a large covered outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a family feast including oven, electric hob, microwave and dishwasher. The deck makes a perfect hang out space rain or shine, with a large outdoor table and bbq for al fresco dining. The outdoor area is fully fenced creating a safe space for little ones to roam freely. The living area has a Smart TV with Netflix to keep you entertained. There is also an air conditioning/heat pump in the living room to keep you cool on a hot Summer day or nice and cosy in the Winter. Off the living space you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite shower room, with sliding doors opening out to the sunny deck. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and has use of the main bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a separate toilet. The third bedroom has the perfect set-up for the kids with 2 sets of bunk beds, toys and a wardrobe for storage. (Please note, this house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adults). This room also has use of the main bathroom. Off the kitchen is access to the large double garage where you are welcome to park your vehicles or securely store any sports equipment. A washing machine and clothes line are also provided - always an essential when holidaying as a family. For stays over seven nights, guests can request fresh linen to be delivered. This service must be requested at the time of booking. All Groundswell Properties include: Linen, towels, toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap), tea, coffee, milk, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, laundry powder, gas for BBQ. Guest access You will have access to the entire property and outdoor areas. Other things to note This house has a 3pm check in time. If the house is ready earlier, we will happily message you and let you know on the day. This house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. The bunk beds are not suitable for adult weight. There is space for 2 cars to park in the garage. There is also parking on the driveway for 2 additional cars. Please note that this house is in a residential area and has a strict 10pm noise restriction for the consideration of neighbouring properties. All linen and towels are included in the nightly rate, excluding beach towels, these are not provided. Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay. For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time. All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs. We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct. Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder) or an additional charge of $25 per bag will be applied for disposal. Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal. Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street. Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $20 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover travel and time to the post office + administration for the return payment.
