New house in Normandy with panoramic views

This new house is at the top of a hill with PANORAMIC VIEWS. From the house, you can look over the whole village, the valley and the forest. The house is within walking distance of the picturesque center of Saint-Saëns, the lively village of the area. In the morning, the warm baker is within walking distance! By car, it is a 3-minute drive to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the golf course, 8 minutes from the highway, 16 minutes from the city of Neufchatel, 28 minutes from the big city of Rouen and 37 minutes to the beach of Dieppe. The space The house has a bright living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen with new kitchen appliances. In the house, there are two bedrooms available for Airbnb guests on the ground floor. Each room has a large antique Norman linen cabinet where you can store your belongings for a pleasant stay, bedside tables, night lights (equipped with USB ports for charging phone), chairs, curtains for privacy and 100% blackout shutters for a good night's sleep. One bedroom overlooks the village, the other bedroom overlooks the meadow and the forest. The brand new bathroom (with daylight) has a spacious shower, sink with cabinets, illuminated mirror and designer radiator. And another separate toilet in the hallway. Thanks to the large sliding doors at both the front and back of the living room, you can easily access the two terraces, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors and the panoramic views. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for 1 enclosed bedroom and the attic. Other things to note The house is on a hill, which gives it beautiful views, but it is important to know that the large garden has a somewhat steep driveway. By car, it is no problem, but walking is not recommended for disabled guests. Also, because the house is brand new, the TV cable has not yet been installed by the municipality. There is internet, so the TV works on the internet. Because the garden is not fenced and has a slope, inside a staircase, it can be unsafe for young children if parents do not supervise.
