"Ty Zoizos" vacation home 250 m from the beach

The Ty Zoizos house located on the Côte des Légendes allows access in a few minutes on foot to the beaches of Porsguen, Posmeur, the bay of Kernic but also to restaurants. With its 50 m2 living room and its very well-equipped kitchenette (quality dishes, large electric plancha, seafood and raclette service, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle and toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with water and ice dispenser, citrus press, blender...) it will be easy to share good times with family or friends. Its three bedrooms have a double bed. The large sofa convertible into a bed (express system with mattress) allows a fourth comfortable bed for two people. Two bathrooms are at your disposal as well as two toilets, one of which is individual. Upstairs you can enjoy a fitness area equipped with a bike, a water rower, a gym mat and yoga cushions. Outside there is a fenced garden as well as a large wooden terrace equipped with a dining table, a Chilean, two sun loungers, a living room and an electric barbecue. A HOT TUB heated to 37 degrees completes this beautiful set. Board games, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, Bluetooth speaker, travel crib, bathtub and high chair for babies, hairdryer and first aid kit are available. Linens are provided. It includes hand towels, bath towels and sheets, fitted sheets for beds and convertibles, pillowcases and duvet covers, and kitchen towels. Beds are prepared before guests arrive.
