The space THE BUNGALOW (2 BHK): - Hall (Living Room): Includes 20 beautiful paintings made by my mom which makes for a perfect background setting for pictures. Ample seating space for your get togethers and parties and a Sofa Cum bed for your extra guests. -Glass Bedroom 1: A captivating glass room with panoramic views of a lush garden, featuring three glass sides that immerse you in the natural beauty outside. It has a Double Bed, AC, an attached bathroom and sitting lounge area. - Bedroom 2: The room has a Double Bed, AC, Television and Attached Bathroom with space for extra floor mattresses. - Bathroom 1 and 2: The bathrooms have Geyser, WC (Western Commode), a Shower area including Towels and Toiletries - Kitchen: Equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooking Gas Stove, R.O. Water Purifier, Basic Cooking and Dining Kitchenware. WIFI ACCESS TO ALL THESE SPACES AVAILABLE OUTDOORS: Developed in a huge gated property, with the privacy and space you require. Private parking space inside the property and a garden for your occasional badminton matches, high tea and sitting out in those cold nights with your friends. Sit-around Patio, Huge umbrella with sitting space: Whether couples or large groups, there's something for everyone to relax or socialize. MEAL OPTIONS: - A small menu for the guests that is subject to availability. The caretakers are equipped to help you with basic food requirements at an additional payment. - You can cook on your own. All ingredients are readily available at a nearby Mart. - Zomato / Swiggy serve the location with multiple restaurant options. - Nearby dine-in options include Havmor, Subway, US Pizza and multiple cafe options at a 10 Min drive. Guest access Entire bungalow allotted for stay (we don't rent out single rooms) and the common lawns and the terrace. Our care takers wont hinder your privacy at all. Other things to note Dear Esteemed Guest, 1. **Directions:** Location is opposite to Mica College 2. **Checkin and Checkout timing:** Checkin will be at 1pm and Checkout at 11am. There will be late checkout charges after that. Please confirm availability and charges in case of early checkin and late checkout requirement. 3. **Amenities and Wifi Details:** Enjoy one complimentary towel and basic toiletries per guest. Extra towels are available at ₹100 each. Washing machine is available for your use. There is also a badminton set available at the property. You can ask for the same. The Wifi password is Yadav@123 4. **Bonfire:** Bonfire is available for the chilly nights you want to sit outside with your friends or your partner and play some light music and chill. Per Bonfire session- Rs. 500 (lasts upto 1hr) Add-On Wood refills- Rs. 350 5. **Art Collection:** The paintings decorating our abode are crafted by my mom over the past 20 years. Handle them with care, and if any catch your eye, let me know if you'd like to purchase one. Incase of any damages, compensation will have to be made. 6. **Guest Gathering:** For any extra guest visiting inform me in advance regarding the number of people and expected duration. Any extra guest after 11pm will be charged as 1k per person. Also any gathering has different tariffs and isn’t allowed as a part of the stay. 7. **Pet Policy:** If bringing pets, kindly ensure they don't disturb the property, bedsheets, and are not left unattended in the property and we wont be liable for any concerns that arise. Any damages will have to be compensated for. 10. **Mosquito Precaution:** Keep doors and windows closed, especially in the evening, to ward off mosquitoes and insects. Repellents are available. 11. **Billing Information:** Settlement of the any expenses will be done during checkout directly with me. Feel free to tip the caretaker for excellent service.
