Cottage with heated pool & play areas

This renovated, unique and spacious gîte, with an eco-responsible approach, is located 8 minutes from the city center of Chambéry and 6 minutes from the highway. The accommodation has an open private parking lot with 4 spaces, self check-in and high-speed WiFi (fiber) access. A playroom and outdoor playground will delight the little ones. The heated pool (not to be confused with a hot tub), which is shared with the hosts, is open from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather. The space The accommodation is an independent and private part of the house where the hosts reside. Access to the hosts' garden, with their prior agreement and according to time slots to be agreed, allows access to the pool and outdoor play area for children. This listing is not accessible for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM). Access to the accommodation is via a staircase and a private outdoor terrace. The entrance is on the ground floor, it opens onto the living room equipped with a sofa bed and an HD TV, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs: large dining room with open kitchen, mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed, children's playroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The main room (living room, children's playroom, kitchen, dining room and mezzanine bedroom) is air-conditioned. Remote A desk in the room with sockets (USB + mains) and lamp will allow you to telework in peace while having a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Eco-friendly stay The beauty of the surrounding landscapes encourages us to contribute to the preservation of the environment: - Heat pump heating/no boiler and fossil fuel, - Electricity production by photovoltaic panels, - Fast charging station for electric vehicles (cost of charging extra), - Selective waste sorting, - Favor environmentally friendly cleaning products. During your stay, you too can contribute to this approach, including: - with the selective sorting of waste, - by favoring the operation of equipment during sunny periods. Children's stay At no extra cost and to their delight, children will have a games room at their disposal, accessed through a safety gate. The room is equipped with books, toys and board games. For the youngest, the accommodation offers, at no extra cost, the following amenities: baby bed, potty, adapter, compact bathtub, high chair and dishes. Children will have access to an outdoor playground, shared with the hosts, according to time slots to be agreed upon. Guest access Open private parking for 4 cars. An independent entrance will allow you to access the accommodation. Check-in: 3 p.m. Checkout: 10am Last-minute bookings must be made no later than three hours before check-in. Other things to note Access to the swimming pool and children's playground of the hosts, whose house is adjacent to the accommodation, will be at agreed times. The pool is open and heated from May to September inclusive, subject to favorable weather. Children's access to the pool and play area is the responsibility of the parents. Several hiking trails are located near the accommodation: family walks with children allowing a magnificent view of the surrounding massifs and Lake Bourget to the training course for ultra trailers. A set of tourist maps and brochures are available in the accommodation to help you complete your ideas for activities and outings. No pets are allowed. Parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, are not allowed. From 10pm, in order to respect the tranquility of the place and the neighborhood, we thank you for avoiding all noise pollution.
