Come experience the old Florida island vibe! The space 3 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms with new queen size MLILY memory foam mattresses, a set of bunk beds) all with down duvet comforters to keep you cozy. TV’s in all the bedrooms, new75 inch smart TV in living room, ready for your streaming entertainment, with great, dependable connectivity with Starlink Wifi (included). Two full bathrooms, with a private outdoor shower on the lower deck (which is amazing by the way). Fully stocked kitchen with a ninja foodi smart air fryer, open concept with bar stools surrounding the kitchen island. A dining room table that seats 6 guests. Coffee and tea bar with cuisinart Grind & Brew coffee machine ( bring your favorite coffee beans or k cups) Outside has a large deck with a gas BBQ grill, ready to go with propane (provided). Patio table for 6 guests under the gazebo. Downstairs has a utility room available for your use, with washer and dryer, coolers, snorkels and fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, shovels and buckets for sand castles, 2nd fridge for all your extra goodies, 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets (provided). Two seating areas with patio furniture to lounge about or read your favorite book. Foosball table, dart board, large deck for sunbathing, yoga or meditation. Outside enjoy the large fire circle surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Dig your toes into the sand, embrace the beautiful days and nights while listening to the birds swirling above and the waves of the ocean crashing on the beach. Be present. Guest access The whole beach house and property is available for your enjoyment. As with all homes on the island, the living quarters are built on pilings so there are steps to climb. It feels like a treehouse. Other things to note Little Gasparilla Island is a private barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY BOAT. PARKING and ARRIVAL Eldreds Marina located 6301 Boca Grande Causeway, Placida, Florida, 33946 ( the small marina is right before the toll booth to Boca grande). Launch your boat or jump on Pirates Water Taxi. You can park your car at Eldreds Marina, then enter the little bait shop to obtain a parking pass (approximately $8.00 per day), place pass on the dash of your vehicle. The pirates water taxi will pick you up at the back of bait shop by the docks, you cannot miss it (you will love this little fishing shop, so old florida vibe). WATER TAXI: Please read carefully! The local water taxi service is provided by Pirates Water Taxi, with either Emmett or Bill as your captain. You must reserve well before your arrival date to make arrangements for your arrival and departure. The water taxi is available every day 8:30am - 5:00pm, but will run earlier or later for additional fees. It is best to contact them 2 weeks in advance, especially if you need to travel very early, after dark, or on holidays. The average cost for the water taxi is $25.00 for 2 people each way (subject to change). Make sure you tell the captain that you are going to Dock #75 (Gaspars hideaway). IT IS IMPERATIVE TO RESERVE THE WATER TAXI IN ADVANCE! We have a sensitive septic system, everything is a little special and delicate on the island. Please do not flush paper towels, feminine products, diapers, or sanitary wipes down toilet. We have left a bucket full of water to dunk your sandy toes prior to going upstairs into the house. We would appreciate all flip flops, sandals and shoes be left outside. Side note: No events No parties No smoking/vaping No pets (sorry) Thank you for your understanding.
