Pacific Haven: New Build + Sauna

Welcome to Pacific Haven! Our new custom built split-level home is located in the heart of Tofino. Just a 5 minute walk away from the incredible restaurants, cafes and shops in town. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is ideal for groups of friends and families. Sunrise, sunset and mountain views are endless, and you can enjoy our custom built cedar sauna to reset and recharge! We are the primary residences so we are in accordance with all of the opt in by-laws. Tofino Business License: 2024-0224 The space This luxurious 3 bedroom (3 queen beds) / 2 bathroom hilltop home is yours to enjoy! With vaulted ceilings and skylights, the abundance of natural light fills up the space. An open concept kitchen, dining and living room located on the top floor allows for group conversation, connection, with views of the harbour and mountains. The primary bedroom on the top floor has a separate primary bathroom including a soaker tub and double head rain shower. Toss in some complimentary epsom salts and soak up the peace and quiet while you watch the large cedars blow in the wind, and the clouds above you pass by. There are plenty of spaces to relax and feel at home. Cozy up around the fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55” flat screen TV. Fire up the BBQ and take your meals outside on the south facing, covered patio equipped with a 6 seater sectional, chair + coffee table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the north facing patio which features a high top bar and views of the mountains. The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a single rainshower, a large mudroom and washer/dryer. Warm up in the custom built cedar sauna and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach/post surf. There is space in the outdoor shower for you to hang your wetsuits and stack your boards! Each room has a dedicated working desk, monitor and high speed fiber internet. Please enjoy the premium queen size mattresses, linens and towels. There is nothing better than a good night's sleep and plush towels after a shower or bath. We are thrilled to share with you locally and sustainably sourced toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) by The Den. Guest access Self check in. Guest will be provided with the code prior to check in. Other things to note As per Tofino bylaws, the caretakers (us) are on site but please know that we are here to ensure your stay is the best possible. As we are a brand new rental, if by chance we have overlooked an item you need, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. We have a strict 6 person maximum due to the Tofino bylaws. We have a very friendly 4 legged member of our family (Bella) whom you may see when we take her on walks. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable with dogs as we will be extra mindful of respecting your space. We are close to town and in a residential area, and we ask that you please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am. Our property allows for three parking spots but also please note there is ample complimentary parking on our street as well. Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the duration of the stay. Exceptions may be considered at the host’s discretion if discussed and approved prior to booking.
