The Condo is very Spacious and Comfortable with Beautiful Travertine Floors, Cafe Cabinets throughout, vaulted ceilings, upgraded appliances, a 300sf terrace with BBQ and Beach themed! This is a Premium unit with the closest access to the property entrance / Guard Station and the Best Panaramic Ocean Views; where depending on the time of year, you capture the sunrise and sunset. Ample reserved parking. Fully equipped Kitchen, Premium Cable Package on main TV and 5G High Speed Internet. The space The Pools and Jacuzzis' are OPEN from 10am-10pm Daily. A HUGE comfortable leather couch, comfortable memory foam beds, comfortable outdoor sectional couch and 2 loungers. Smart ROKU TVs in each Bedroom Parking: There is (1) reserved parking space: Level 5, Space "U1-N7" - very close to the elevator. There is also overflow guest parking which the guard station can direct you on - outside of the building, adjacent to the building, at the entrance Access Notes: First set of elevators won't go to lobby / pool area. Use the second set of elevators to get to the lobby. You will need to see the Guard Station at check-in and they will need a copy of your photo IDs, they will also need all guest names Quiet Hour: Please be respectful of the noise level past 10:00 PM Ring Doorbell / Camera: I have a camera doorbell on the front door / patio for security purposes Entertainment: TV for family room – One Remote for cable and Netflix if you have an Account. Please remember to log out before you leave. We are not responsible for any unauthorized usage from leaving your account(s) logged in. There is a Premium Cable Package available for usage Guard Station: The guard station is great for answering any facility or local questions Laundry Detergent: Available, just need to being detergent. Drains: Please only flush toilet paper and flushable wipes. Please do not put grease, food, or coffee grounds down the kitchen sink/toilet Food: Please eat anything you want and feel free to leave food behind that is not perishable and please throw away leftovers or perishable food Trash: In Parking Garage; There is a Blue 55 Gallon Drum for trash which is 40’ past the reserved parking space between the 5th and 6th floor. Trash must be bagged and is picked up 1-2x Daily. Please dispose of all trash upon leaving. Heating: There are (3) Tower Space Heaters which can be set on different temperatures, speeds and can oscillate BBQ: Please remember to turn off propane at the tank after each use. Please place cover back on after each use. Additional Towels: Please be sure to bring beach towels for optimal comfort. Blankets: There is a throw blanket in the family room. please be sure to bring blankets for optimal comfort. Dishes: Please wash, dry and put dishes away upon leaving. Guest access Guest max occupancy count is 6 guests. This includes any infants/children. Please be aware that security won't allow everyone into the building if the guest count is more than 6. They will also need all guest names (that you will provide to us through our website) before check in is allowed. Guests have access to the common area pools, Jacuzzis, and the beachfront area. Please note: The gym and the 3rd-level pool & Jacuzzi are reserved for full-time residents only. Children are welcome in the three community pools, but not permitted in the Jacuzzis. Other things to note You’ll be working directly with me, the owner — I’ve been a Superhost for 6 years and am proud to share my home with respectful guests. This is my personal residence, so please treat the space with care. I also have another unit available: Unit #306, a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath that accommodates up to 8 guests.
