Come and take a relaxing break from the grind & unwind in this spacious, top level of our self-contained Guest House located on 5 scenic acres at the top of Clear Mountain. Breath taking views to Glass House Mountains, Lake Samsonvale and Mt Samson coupled with a brand new king size bed, full kitchen, deck with a fire pit and BBQ guarantee your relaxing, country view getaway is sorted! ##note## We will consider allowing pets for minimum 4 night bookings. Please contact us to discuss. The space The guesthouse has leather recliners and a 55inch smart tele that encourages chilling out watching Netflix at any time! There is an array of board games and some books available too. The full-size kitchen has a 4 burner gas cooktop, modern electric oven, fridge/freezer and a huge amount of bench/cabinet/pantry space for you to cook up a storm over short or long stays. We are on mountain fresh tank water - you will taste and feel the difference. The deck is for your exclusive use with a BBQ and firepit, couches and a bar setting so you can enjoy nature and breathtaking views at the highest elevation on the property. The bedroom is huge, has a brand new king-sized bed, a dedicated study desk and heaps of wardrobe space. We have many different pillows to choose from and a mattress topper on the bed; we value your sleep as much as our own. You will have fresh sheets, towels and soaps for the duration of your stay. ##note## There are two levels to the guest house as per our photos. The top level is the Airbnb location. The bottom level is occupied by our Mum. Both levels have different entrances, are fully independent of each other and are completely private from each other. Guest access Top floor of the Guest House and deck, and 5 acres of land. Note the land is communal space with the residents that live on the property. Other things to note We sell firewood on site if you need it.
