Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. • No noise on the balcony or outside the house after 22:00. Disturbances may result in neighbor complaints or even police involvement. • No loud parties or gatherings are allowed. Prohibited Behaviors • This is our private holiday home—please treat it with care and respect. • Any property damage, heavy stains, broken appliances, or excessive sand on the floor will incur repair or additional cleaning fees. • Illegal activity (including drug use) will lead to immediate eviction, police report, and no refund. Key & Property Use • Please turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the house for safety and energy conservation. • Do not lose the key. Lost keys or damaged property will be charged accordingly. • Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to stay. Trash & Recycling • Please separate your garbage and recycling and leave them inside the house or on the balcony. • Do NOT place trash outside the house or on the street. Doing so may result in a fine of USD $1,000 if reported. Parking • Please park only in the designated parking spots on our property. • Do not park in front of neighboring homes or on the street.
