The space This delightful retreat offers two cozy bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a spacious layout perfect for a small group or family. One of the highlights of this property is the large patio at the back, which is a true oasis for outdoor living. The bathroom features heated floors, a tile shower, and a stackable washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and patio and there are no shared spaces. The home is located inside a complex with a duplex condo building that is also a short term rental as well as an eight-unit apartment building that has long term renters. The house does have a specific parking area but you do drive by the other buildings to get to the house. Other things to note The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel.
