We just ask that you pick up after them outside and that you not leave them in the home unattended if they are chewers. LAUNDRY A stackable washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. TELEVISION AND WIFI The home features a smart TV in the living room. You may access any of your favorite streaming apps on the TV, but don’t forget to logout when you leave. The home is also connected with high speed cable internet with Wi-Fi. OUTDOOR LIVING Enjoy the large outdoor patio with a dining table, comfortable seating, and a propane BBQ grill. PARKING The parking area for this multi-unit complex has space for two vehicles for this unit. Guest access Guests will have access to the house and patio and there are no shared spaces. The home is located inside a complex with a duplex condo building that is also a short term rental as well as an eight-unit apartment building that has long term renters. The house does have a specific parking area but you do drive by the other buildings to get to the house. Other things to note There are a couple of steps to access the house at the front porch and one step into the house at the back door. There is an outdoor grill available for your use. It's powered by propane gas and we do check before each guest arrives that it has sufficient gas for your stay. If it runs out please let us know. Please make sure you leave the grill clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
