We encourage guests to unplug during their time here without wifi or a TV available but they are available. No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed without prior notification. If we suspect there to be more guests sleeping at the home than was originally booked in the reservation, additional charges will be assessed and those guests will be asked to leave immediately. Assistant pets are allowed, but please be respectful of the furnishings and clean up after your pet. No smoking on property, including out of windows or on the patio. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
