The house sits elevated among majestic cypress trees and delicate Spanish moss, providing an inviting ambiance reminiscent of a secluded tree house. Despite its idyllic seclusion, the house is conveniently located only a short 30-minute drive from downtown Gainesville. You can easily explore the city's restaurants, shops, and attractions before retreating back to the peaceful oasis of your lakeside retreat. The space Experience the charm and tranquility of our one-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat, featuring an open concept living room and kitchen, all nestled within a unique elevated, treehouse-style architecture. There is a dedicated work station adjacent to the living room, perfect for remote work or creative pursuits. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or unwind in the hammock, all while soaking in the serene views of cypress trees and Spanish moss. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and yard. Please note that one patio is currently undergoing renovations and is not for guest use. Additionally, the lake access dock is under repair; however, public access to another nearby lake, Lake Alto, is available just two minutes down the road.
