A family room for four in a spectacular location, in our family home. We have 360 degree views across the Apennines and the surrounding National Park: Parco Nazionale Appennino Tosco Emiliano. We are 50m from the very popular Adventure Playground Cerwood and even closer to the Thermal Spa. There's a crystal clear river to swim in just down the road, as well as the campsite Camping Le Fonti with all its activities and amenities (swimming pool, restaurant and wellness centre). The space Each room has been newly repainted, with a clean tiled floor, brand new sheets and bedclothes, a spectacular vista and a well appointed shower room with plenty of hot water (each shower room is shared between 2 rooms). The rooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. On the ground floor we have a 100 square meter hall for events, a library / entrance hall, a snug area with stove and soft seating, 2 WCs and a breakfast bar. Guest access As our valued guests you will have access to the communal ground floor area, your bedroom and the shower room (which is shared between 2 rooms). The snug and bar are available for your use. The ground floor hall is available to be booked for events. During your stay We are here, this is our home. We are a young family of 4, a small friendly dog, chickens and 2 baby tortoises. We're looking forward to sharing this spectacular wild location with you. Other things to note We're in the middle of a UNESCO heritage national park; a corporate retreat location with a sustainability focus, we have an up-cycing FabLab onsite and permaculture gardens. Most of our furniture is up-cycled, self designed (by Anto my husband, who is a professional architect and designer). The space is comfortable, essential and clean.
