Set on 5 acres in Hammond Ranch, it’s serene and secluded, with multiple decks for sunrise coffee and stargazing. Created to nourish body and mind, the home offers a spa-like reset: sauna, outdoor shower, outdoor bathtub, and a meditation room—plus curated interiors and comforts that make it easy to settle in. Guest access You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The garage is used as a hangout space (not for vehicle parking). Other things to note WINTER ACCESS + CONDITIONS (PLEASE READ) • 4WD/AWD required in winter, especially for the final ~½ mile climb (short, but steep and can be icy). • Carry chains and use them when conditions are icy (required when needed). • The road is unpaved near the top, and it’s not unusual to get several feet of snow during storms. • Outdoor bathtub + outdoor showers are turned off in winter to prevent frozen pipes. • Bonus for snow lovers: backcountry skiing routes start from the property. WIND • The home sits at the top of a hill with limited wind protection; gusts can reach ~60 mph at times. • Check local conditions via our weather station: search KCAWEED44 on Weather Underground. HOUSE RULES (NEIGHBORS MATTER) • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. .Please turn off deck lights when not outside. • Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. • No parties or loud gatherings. • No music on the deck. • Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times. PARKING + ROAD • Garage is a game room (no parking). • Driveway fits 2–3 cars. • No RVs, trailers, or campers. • Last mile is on an unpaved ranch road; please drive 10–15 mph. LAYOUT + BEDS + BATHS • Beds: King (primary), Queen (guest), 2 Twins (third bedroom), Queen sleeper sofa (living room). • Bathrooms: 2 total (one on each floor). • Showers: 4 total (2 indoor + 2 outdoor). HEATING/AC • Heat sources: mini-splits and a wood stove in the living room. • Firewood is not provided. PETS + FENCING • Property is not fenced. Please keep dogs on leash outdoors. • Decks have gates on exits, but may not fully secure a large dog. SECURITY CAMERAS • For safety, there are 3 exterior-only cameras facing the front of the property (no indoor cameras). LOCATION • About 18 minutes to downtown Mount Shasta.
