You will be staying in my spacious penthouse (85 m²) near the famous Maybach shore. The apartment is bright and spacious with 3 m high ceilings, French balconies, skylights and my cute (20 m²) terrace in boho style. The bedroom consists of a comfortable 160 cm wide bed and a cute little French balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows. My bathroom is perfect for relaxing, with a sweet little bathtub and a separate large rain shower next to it. The completely new designer kitchen is open and fully equipped with everything you need. From the kitchen you have access to my beautiful terrace...🔅 Connected to the kitchen is the living area with a huge cozy couch. The building is really quiet, which I love. Although you live in a busy, entertaining part of Kreuzkölln, there is absolutely no noise in the apartment. The apartment is in the middle of everywhere, but you can still enjoy the tranquility in the small oasis. Use the kitchen, relax on my great sofa or on the sun lounger on the terrace, I hope you like it as much as I do. The apartment is located in Kreuzkölln, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the canal, on a quiet street. You have everything you need right outside the front door; cozy bars, cute restaurants, cafés... (and of course the best natural wine spots;)! There is also high-speed Wi-Fi available. My closet is connected to the bedroom, so to speak, it would be nice if you would respect my privacy by leaving my treasures where they are :) Otherwise, you are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen, coffee, spices, oil & vinegar and so on.
