Rent a golf cart and tour the area - just 10 min ride to secluded Shells beach for amazing sunsets and to airport. This house has it all! The space This home includes a living and dining room area, kitchen with stainless appliances, laundry room area with full washer and dryer, three bedrooms (4 beds) and two full baths. The space also includes an enclosed sunroom with pull-out couch with full size mattress. Outside, access the home’s private dock (located on property) - 80ft - with water and 30 amp electricity provided (regular outlet) - low tide is 6 fit. Can fit a boat up to 53 ft. Grill on the bbq. Play chess, darts, corn hole, board games and more (accessible in sun room). Guest access Guests can access the yard, dock and main house. Not available for access: Storage shed and guest cottage.
