From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of an old tamarind tree that has squirrels & birds coming in for their morning tasks. A stay at the Sunshine Bungalow promises to transport you far from the bustling city & a blissful forgetfulness of your urban surroundings. The space Nestled in a prime, park-front location, this exquisite bungalow mixes the wonder of a treehouse, with the comforts of modern housing. Boasting a generous floor area of 800 sqft, this individual house seamlessly blends the living room and kitchen, creating a harmonious open-concept space that ensures a delightful stay for up to four guests. The bungalow is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed internet, a geyser, and an Indian-style bucket shower, providing a basic blend of comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with essential culinary provisions, allows for the preparation of simple yet delectable meals. You will find four plates, glasses, forks, and spoons, alongside a knife, including a couple butter knives. Additionally, filtered drinking water is readily available. Ascending to the first floor, guests will discover a spacious bedroom (king size bed) adorned with tasteful accents and a charming attached balcony. This sanctuary of tranquility also features an antique work desk, affording a serene view overlooking an enchanting old British bungalow. The balcony, an idyllic retreat, invites one to bask in the surroundings. The bathroom has modern amenities, presents a shower experience and a traditional bucket-style facility. While the shower pressure may not be optimal, it nevertheless delivers a satisfying bathing experience. Moreover, a geyser ensures the availability of hot water on demand. Guest access To enter The Sunshine Bangalow guests have their own private gate. It is located on the right side of the big gate and directly opposite of the Sunshine Bangalow. Please do not come into the main bungalow as there are pets on the property.
