Mountain Air is located on Ingebyra Street in a quite cul de sac, perfect for the whole family The space This one-level architectural gem boasts a thoughtfully designed layout that seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor living. A large open-plan lounge/dining which opens onto the large deck. With a modern fully equipped kitchen you'll have everything you need for your summer & winter holiday. The Garage has been turned into a a storage area for all the toys with bike racks, ski/snowboard storage and extra drying space also plenty of undercover parking, an enclosed yard with a firepit, full laundry facilities, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a large wood fire. Layout: 1-level house with outdoor deck and firepit. Bedding configuration: Set bedding configuration, can not be changed. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Bunk and Tri-bunk All bedding, linen, and towels are supplied. Guest access Access to our properties is via a coded door (or coded lockbox) or key access. You will be sent via SMS on the day of your arrival when the property is ready for you. Before the day of your arrival, once we have received your completed guest registration information, you will receive all relevant arrival information & directions via email. Other things to note Guests will be required to complete a virtual check-in prior to arrival. This includes providing a photo ID, a credit card for the security deposit and signing our lease agreement via digital upload. If you are entering the Kosciusko National Park Entry Fees Apply - All vehicles entering the Kosciuszko National Park are required to have an entry permit displayed on their vehicle and can be purchased either online or from the Snowy Region Visitors Centre in Jindabyne, Cooma, Tumut or Khancoban.
