Beautiful and pleasant newly renovated apartment just a few meters from San Agustín and Las Burras beach. It is located on the ground floor of a complex with swimming pools and garden areas. Our unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay and feel at home. The proximity to the promenade and shopping center with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, car rental companies, bicycles, taxi and bus stops make it ideal for walking. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room that opens onto the terrace and garden area where you can relax and enjoy the excellent climate of the south of the island. It has a SMART TV with Chromecast and free WIFI. On the terrace you will find a dining table and two sun loungers. At one of the entrances to the complex there is a ramp that makes it accessible for people with reduced mobility, being able to arrive directly from one of the parking lots. Guest access The complex has two swimming pools, one of which is reserved for the enjoyment of the little ones. The garden area surrounds the entire complex and is common. Other things to note San Agustín Beach is a fine sand tourist beach in the south of the island of Gran Canaria. The complex is a few meters from the promenade that goes from San Agustín beach to Maspalomas, passing through Las Burras and Playa del Ingles. For the more athletic, this is a good option to keep fit and if you want to relax, in addition to the beach, you have one of the largest thalassotherapy centers in Europe nearby.
