It has a living area with a sofa, chaise lounge, and entertainment system. It also has a queen sized bed and a dining area with seating for four. There's also a kitchen area with a stove/oven, a sink, counter space, microwave, and refrigerator. There is one full bathroom. The stove/oven is gas powered. Guest access You can utilize the side yard and the outdoor furniture at the alley facing side of the house. There is a bags set you can use in the yard as well if you'd like. The house attached to the studio apartment is off limits to all guests as there is someone renting it full time. Also the front porch with grill and hammock swings is off limits to guests as that belongs to the tenants of the house. Lastly, the garage is off limits to all guests and is locked at all times.
