For the benefit and wellbeing of all our guests and residents we have put into place some rules and regulations. As a condition of your confirmed booking it is implied that you have read and agreed to abide by those rules and regulations. - Accommodation of more than 8 persons at the villa is prohibited. - We remind our guests to keep the noise down. - The Vila will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure. Earlier arrival or later departure times can be accommodated with advanced notice. - The Vila is designated non smoking area. Smoking is ONLY allowed in the terrace, if there is one. - The price includes the basic cleaning of before the guest’s arrival. Additional cleaning of the room and change of bedclothes at the guest’s request is charged separately. Please empty the refrigerator before you leave. Do not switch the refrigerator off. Please ensure that dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee machines, toaster, kettles etc. are clean and dried before storing them. In order to prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks or shower tray. Please, remove all garbage and trash from the apartment before you leave. - We ask that you keep your keys safe and not to pass them on to unauthorized persons. Should the keys become lost or missing, then we reserve the right to charge for the cost of replacements. - Animals are allowed ONLY by request. - Parents are liable for their children, guests and personal possessions. We can not be held responsible for damage to or loss of your personal items or possession that you bring with you. - In case damage of rooms, building equipment or losing the keys, the guests will pay the costs related with the exchange.
