Downtown Springfield borders the Missouri State University campus, while Drury University, Evangel University, and several other schools are just a short drive away. The heart of the city is a bustling hub filled with breweries, theaters, nightclubs, coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries, and more. Cheer on the Springfield Cardinals at Hammons Field, go ice skating at Jordan Valley Park, or explore museums like the Discovery Center of Springfield. Uber, Lyft, or take a Bus! This unit is located on the 3rd floor and guests may need to use the stairs to access the unit. The pool, gym, and pool table are not located within this building. They are available to our guests and located in a building across the street. This unit is in an apartment building and we do not have any control over the availability or quality of the amenities such as the elevator, pool, gym, recreation lounge, and the pool table. These amenities may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors. We will not be issuing a refund if any of the amenities are unavailable during your stay. Additionally, the building itself is not managed by us and therefore anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. Guests cannot receive mail at this location.
