Room and bathroom a stone's throw from Florence

I offer a double bedroom and bathroom for exclusive use in a recently renovated apartment where I live with my family. There is no use of the kitchen or other different environments. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator in a newly built building in the central square of Scandicci, surrounded by shops and refreshments of all kinds. The center of Florence can be easily reached in 20 minutes by tram. The space The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a TV, and a desk, as shown in the photos. There is a dedicated bathroom, but it is not located inside the room; guests need to cross the hallway to reach it. Guest access Guests have access only to the bedroom and bathroom. The other spaces of the house are not usable as the apartment is inhabited. Other things to note Pets are not allowed, and smoking and the consumption of spirits are prohibited. IMPORTANT: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ARRIVAL TIME MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE so that we can be present for check-in. Check-in after 7:00 p.m. is not guaranteed. An exception can be made until 11:00 p.m., but this must be arranged in advance. After 11:00 p.m., check-in will no longer be possible. Air conditioning in summer is available for €4 per day. IMPORTANT We would like to inform you that, as of June 1, 2026, the Municipality of Scandicci has introduced a tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night.
