Charming country house in Normandy

In search of nature and tranquility, come and recharge your batteries in our house during a stay in Normandy. Ideal for a week or a weekend for families or groups of friends, the house is located in a preserved environment and has a large 7000 m2 garden. During your stay, about 30 minutes away, you can discover the cities and beaches of Deauville-Trouville as well as the surroundings. The house has 3 adult bedrooms, one children's bedroom and two bathrooms. The space A warm, bright house, tastefully decorated and absolutely quiet, with a large garden. 1 hr 50 min from Paris, the house can accommodate 6-8 guests. During your stay, you will enjoy the whole house, a large enclosed garden of 7000 m2 that will allow you to fully enjoy nature and access to the large terrace equipped with deckchairs and outdoor tables. The place is ideal for vacations surrounded by nature or a relaxing and friendly weekend for families or groups of friends. The house is also a perfect place to telework for a few days in peace and quiet and close to Paris. House composition - On the ground floor 1 equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room with large table, large fireplace and TV, 1 toilet, 1 large 160 x 200 bed bedroom with bathroom (bath, double sink and toilet), 1 laundry room (hidden) in the bathroom with washing machine. - Upstairs 2 adult bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, 1 bedroom with 140 x 200 bed adjoining 1 children's bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. 1 baby crib is available upstairs as well as a baby bath. There is also a child's high chair in the house. Guest access The house is accessible by train, to Bernay or Pont-l'Évêque station, located about 25 minutes away. Or by car: from Paris, about 2 hours' drive via the A13. The house has parking for 2–4 cars. All shops are accessible between 2 km and 10 km. You will find some addresses upon arrival. A car is required on site. Other things to note Events, parties and pets are not allowed in the house. Please do not smoke inside the house, an ashtray is available outside. The house has a TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and sheets are at your disposal. The cleaning fee is included in the rental price. So we ask our tenants to remove their sheets at the end of the stay, to gather the bath towels and to do whatever is necessary to leave our housekeeper a clean and tidy house.
