The room offers a king-sized bed, WiFi access, heater and an electric kettle. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 This is an airconditioned room on the ground floor. The room offers a king-sized bed, WiFi access, heater and an electric kettle. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This is an airconditioned room on the first floor. The room offers a king-sized bed, WiFi access, heater and an electric kettle. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 4 This is an airconditioned room on the first floor. The room offers a king-sized bed, WiFi access, heater and an electric kettle. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries. BATHROOMS There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 1 common. All bathrooms have geysers for hot water supply. All bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries. LIVING ROOM There is a living room in the basement. It offers comfortable seating for up to 20 people. It is equipped with an AC, TV and a wired music system. There is a separate air-conditioned dining room that provides seating for up to 20 people. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. LAWN There are 2 lawns on the ground floor. Both are 650 sq. ft. in size and can seat up to 25 people. Guests can enjoy barbeque while on the lawn. POOL Step outside, and you will be in the presence of the private pool, adjacent to the garden. The pool is 30x15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy and play games like cards, table tennis and ludo or simply pick up a book to read from the indoor library. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and embrace its beauty. They can indulge in horse and camel riding, visit the nearby villages on cycles and interact with farm animals. A bonfire can also be arranged. Guests can also relish scrumptious farm to fork meals at the property. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Since this is a shared property, there might be other guests in the dining area. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - Pets are allowed. - There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to the low temperatures during the winter. - Smoking is allowed only outdoors. - No external vendors are allowed for Events Decor & Catering. ADDITIONAL COSTS - Breakfast is complimentary. It will be served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per day. - Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 50 per item. - Camel rides can be arranged at an additional cost if informed in advance. - In case of visitors, there's a mandatory charge of Rs. 1000 plus taxes, per person, per day, for up to 4 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
