It is located in the well-known gated community of Richmond Estate, St. Ann, Jamaica. It is air-conditioned with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining room with a 8-seater dining table and smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The master bedroom furnished with a king size bed, 55-inch smart tv and en -suite bathroom is fresh and inviting. The other guest bedrooms including the loft are light, airy, elegantly furnished and feature 43-inch smart TVs. There is a local cable tv service available featuring major US and international TV networks. You can sign on to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, VPN etc., utilizing the Smart TV’s Apps and Web Browsers. All bedrooms provide more than adequate closet/storage space. We strive to be eco-friendly and have installed eco-sensors on the a/c units that turn off when the doors are left open for more than 3 minutes or if the room is deemed unoccupied. From the patio there is an unforgettable experience with splendid views of the sea together with golden sunsets. The backyard, set against pure untouched vegetation is ideal for quiet outdoor relaxation. There is free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and parking so, no need to worry. The space The Property is protected by 24 hour Security Patrols. The Villa sleeps up to 8 persons and is ideal for groups whether family or friends. Richmond Estates with its atheistic design is a "home away from home community" It has its own private beach only 5 mins away and is next door to the famous Plantation Smokehouse restaurant. The Villa provides access to a centrally located clubhouse with a fully equipped gym, infinity swimming pool with deck chairs, bar and dining areas. Guests can enjoy a golf putting range, table tennis, picnic areas, tennis and basketball courts, walking/jogging trails, kids park and playground. For your convenience there is a fully stocked Supermarket/Drugstore/Deli which offers delivery service. There is also easy access to other beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, banking, and other nearby facilities and activities. Entertainment such as the world famous Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, and Dolphin Cove are only 15 minutes away Guest access Access is by key pad code provided by host at the time of check-in.
