Guest access There is a dedicated private parking lot on the corner of Academy & Water St. and overnight street parking is allowed on all public streets. You will receive an entry code prior to your arrival that will operate the main entrance and unit entrance. Other things to note A pet cleaning fee of $125 will be assessed for guests traveling with pets. Please make sure you add your pets to the guest list. $175 fee if found to have a pet without proper notice. No smoking inside or anywhere on the property. No candles please. Any of these violations will result in a $250 fine. No booking on behalf of others. Please do not share access details with any unregistered guests. Two parking spaces in the parking lot only.
