Our secondary bedroom features a queen bed with a nearby secondary bath that has a tub/shower combo. In home washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy meals in the dining room or on the spacious deck with water views. Relax in the living room with a good book or sign into your streaming apps to watch a movie or your favorite show. Community pool/BBQ. One assigned carport parking space plus guest parking available. Condo is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs (no elevator). Guests will be given the code to the lockbox to enter the unit. Once inside the condo a gate remote and set of keys with be provided. Each key ring includes: 1) House key – Opens front door and screen door locks to the unit. You will have access to the entire unit. 2) Pool key – Allows entry & exit to pool area, pool bathrooms, and walk-in gate of complex in the center of the carport. 3) Mail key (for longer stays) – Opens mailbox #12 near carport. You can enter/exit the complex through pedestrian gate or through the vehicle gate. Other things to note Additional screening and short term guest rental agreement may be required depending on length of stay. Owner pays the first $200 of monthly electric bill. In the rare event this is exceeded, guests will be responsible for anything beyond $200 per billing cycle.
