Modern, child-friendly home

In this place your family can stay safely, car-free and close to everything, even if it is ten minutes away from Bergen city center by car. Locally, you have access to most things within a walking distance of 10 min, both shopping center, restaurants, cafes and bus. Right behind the house we have several hiking opportunities to the mountains - you can for example walk from here to Fløyen in Bergen. ⛰️ The grocery store is 3 minutes away and we have a lot of playgrounds, football fields and the like. The space We have a relatively small plot with everything you need. Good parking space, a cozy garden with outdoor kitchen and pergola (came after the pictures were taken), as well as a modern and inviting house. On the ground floor we have an entrance, technical room, basement living room, bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140 cm bed and the other bedroom has two pull-out cots. On the second floor you will find the heart of the house; kitchen and dining area, as well as a TV room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a 180 cm bed. At the top we have a loft with an office desk. Our computer will not be available, but you can sit at the workplace with a possible laptop if desired. Guest access Basement room 1st floor is locked. There is otherwise no need to go into the technical room. Otherwise, there is access to the whole house
