Queen bed (160x200), clear table, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a glass-ceramic stovetop with 2 burners. Bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, bed linens, towels, and 1 parking space in the yard are included. Dogs are welcome with prior arrangement. Guest access The studio is accessed by stairs. The same key opens the studio and the main front door. The garden with seating furniture under the walnut tree is available to all guests of the house. The apartment comes with 1 parking space in the courtyard. Other things to note Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Charging electric cars on the home network is not allowed (we will be happy to recommend public charging stations). Please bring your own beach and outdoor towels, and towels for the house are waiting for you in the apartment. The maximum capacity of 2 people cannot be exceeded – every person counts here, regardless of age.
