The guest is responsible to accurately account for the correct number of guests at time of booking. The quoted rate includes the unit rental, golf cart, and all applicable taxes and fees. These costs will be added into your total at checkout. FUNPLEX passes are not included in the rental rate and can be purchased directly through the resort at the guest’s discretion. Other things to note Note: Sherkston has implemented a $16.95/person (ages 6+) per stay fee that gives you access to the resort amenities NOT including the pool which is not included in rental prices. This rate is in addition to the rental rate. You must purchase a water park pass at the welcome center upon arrival at the resort. Linens are not provided, please bring your own pillows, sheets and towels. The golf cart is an additional $75 per night to rent(it can only be rented for the duration of your stay). The cottage and golf carts must be left in the same condition as it was found. Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate drop off location in order to receive your deposit back. No smoking.
