The fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink is in 1 section. The kitchenette has a breakfast/snack bar with 3 chairs, stove, small sink & counter space for food prep. The sunporch is also the dining room with a nice view. There is a nice spot down by the river with a picnic table & fire pit. The perfect spot to watch AMAZING sunsets. The beach area is perfect for skipping rocks, meditating, fishing and so much more!! Bring your own kayaks and enjoy a day kayaking on the river. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, private beach area, yard. Garage & shed are locked and not for guests. Other things to note You are welcome to bring your own kayaks, boats, canoes. Also bring your own fire wood.
