Traditional beach home in Lazy Point on the west side of Napeague Harbor. Our home is at the end of a private road, surrounded by dunes, marsh and the harbor. We are 400 yards from Long Island's premier windsurf and kitesurfing beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of Napeague Harbor and the Walking Dunes of Hither Hills State Park across the harbor. Bring your paddleboard, kayak or windsurf and kitesurf gear, hike the Promise Land trail in Napeague State Park or just chill on the patio. Our home is a traditional beach cottage, small but comfortable and cozy. Guests will not have access to detached garage. We live right up the road if you need us. A small beach community on a private road. Lazy Point is a small, historic neighborhood on the shores of Gardiner's Bay and Napeague Harbor. Neighbors have lived here for generations. It is a great area for bike riding and biking is the perfect way to visit the ocean beaches as parking there requires Resident Parking Permits. There is no dishwasher.
