The space is bathed in natural light from three sides, creating a serene and airy atmosphere. The balcony, furnished with lounge chairs and a small table, is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a sunset aperitif, accompanied by the sound of birdsong. Inside, a spacious living room welcomes you with books, guitars, music, and a Smart TV—ideal for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator, with one wide and comfortable flight of stairs to climb — no steep inclines or obstacles. We provide various travel guides and maps, and upon request, we’re happy to offer local tips, useful contacts, and neighborhood support. We have a partnership with an excellent nearby restaurant, and you’ll find special discount coupons on the living room table, reserved exclusively for our guests. The bus stops right outside connect you directly to Trastevere, Prati, and the Historic Center, while the nearby metro station makes it easy to reach the entire city. Paid and secure parking is available at the nearby sports club, although it is closed from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Upon request, we can arrange private transfers to and from the airport, train stations, or ports. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, depending on previous and following reservations. We also offer a luggage storage service, available upon request. To ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only outdoors, on the balcony. We are always available for assistance or suggestions before and during your stay.
