This peaceful, comfortable accommodation is ideal for a relaxing stay for the whole family. We absolutely ♥️ fell in love with the "Maison Mer" cottage. Its location, close to the village and beaches, and nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, won us over. You'll be 5 minutes from the beautiful Boisvinet beach and the port. The house: bright, with modern and tasteful furnishings, all on the ground floor. The space The 105 m² house is bright, with a modern and tasteful layout, all on the ground floor: The main room consists of the living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen. Yellow Room: It opens onto the living room, next to the bathroom with a 160 cm bed. Blue Room: Master suite with a 160 cm double bed and its own bathroom. Green Room: 160 cm double bed. Bedroom 4: Accessed via bedroom 3, with a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm). All bedding is new and high-quality. Fitted kitchen: large fridge + dishwasher + oven + microwave + coffee maker + Nespresso machine. Sheets are provided, and all beds are made upon your arrival. Housekeeping is included. Relax! GARDEN / OUTDOORS The exterior is fully enclosed. Two vehicles can be parked in front of the house. A large parking lot is also available 300 m away. The 18 m² terrace is accessible through the large bay window of the living-dining room. Equipped with a parasol, a table and 8 chairs, a plancha grill, and deckchairs. Guest access The accommodation is 100% yours. Self-check-in and check-out with a key box or with us present if possible!
