The layout of the accommodation is as follows: Main Floor: – Living room with central fireplace (optional) – Fully equipped open-plan kitchen – 3 Bedrooms – bathroom Mezzanine: – Small living room with sofa bed – 15 m² hanging net – Video projector Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 bunk bed for 3 people (140 cm on the bottom + 90 cm on the top) Bedroom 2: 2 single 90-cm beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) Mezzanine: sofa bed for 2 people (160). The sofa bed is located on the mezzanine, which opens onto the living room We provide you with bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, hangers in each bedroom, and bed linens. Just remember to bring flip-flops for getting out of the hot tub. To maintain a peaceful neighborhood, parties and events are not permitted. Only the people indicated on the reservation are allowed in the accommodation. Guest access You have access to the whole place as well as the garden, terrace, private Jacuzzi and parking. The accommodation is completely separate from our house so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. We remain available if needed, while ensuring that your privacy is respected.
