The light rail and Town Hall Station are a four-minute walk, but secure garage parking is provided should you prefer to drive. The space This multi-level apartment has everything you'll need for your next Sydney adventure. The living room features two lounges to stretch out on under air conditioning, an HD TV and sliding doors opening to the undercover balcony. Cooking is a breeze with a large, modern kitchen providing ample bench space and all the essentials to unleash your culinary skills. Dine inside, or make your way upstairs to the rooftop terrace with stretching views of Sydney, where you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy meals alfresco. Soak up the sun on loungers or switch on the festoon lights for moody nights under the twinkling skyline. Laid with turf, it's also the perfect spot for pets to play. This home has four spacious bedrooms to rest your head, all offering air-conditioning (some split system and others mobile air-conditioning units that connect via window ducts) and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Upstairs, guests will find the spacious primary bedroom with its plush queen bed fronting the central TV. Freshen up in the contemporary ensuite's shower-bath combination, cosy up on the sofa with your favourite book, or sit and sip on the attached balcony. The second bedroom can be found downstairs, offering a queen bed backed against skyline vistas and an attached ensuite with a shower. Bedrooms two and three can be found upstairs, with the third offering a queen bed and the fourth set with a double bed, wall-mounted TV and direct access to the terrace. A third bathroom caters to these rooms, offering a bathtub, shower and sleek vanity. Enjoy peace of mind having a washer, dryer, lift access and a secure garage car space. Please note that the property is now even better equipped for comfort and connection. Additional seating has been added since the photos were taken, with extra chairs at the dining table and rooftop, plus an added sofa chair in the living area for a more spacious, welcoming feel. Guest access During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself inc. the rooftop terrace courtyard. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. ~ Linen ~ Please note that we supply just the one set of linens for each stay, regardless of the length of the stay. We use a linen service which includes professionally laundered and delivered linen and this is already includes as part of your clean fee. There is one bath towel per guest for your entire stay and one bathroom set per bathroom which includes 2 face towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat. Any spare linen we keep on site are not for use during your stay. If you do use any component of these linen or bath sets, we will need to charge for the use since we hire these items. The additional charge for open and used linens are: $7.20 for bath sets, $29.80 for bed sets, $10.30 for bath towels ~ Extra bed option ~ If you book for 8 people but require the use of the sofa bed, there will be an additional charge of $29.80 for this extra linen. Please let us know at the time of booking. ~ Complimentary Toiletries ~ Please note the hotel type toiletry kit we supply is complimentary for you, and is designed to just start off your stay. This kit is not designed as a replacement for your own preferred toiletries for the duration of your stay, and cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one kit per bathroom (not one per guest staying) ~ Mid Stay Cleaning Services ~ We also offer 3hr (2 cleaning staff) mid-stay professional cleaning service with the following options: 1. Full Cleaning with Freshly Laundered Professional Linen + Toiletries Supply Kit top up per bathroom) $440 2. Full Cleaning Only (no linen delivery changeover or toiletry supplies top up) – $300 *Message us to book your mid stay cleaning service! ~ Long Stays ~ Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. ~ Pet Stays ~ We are 'small' pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Please note if you have more than one pet, please check with us at the time of booking, as some owners would prefer a max of 1 pet per stay. ~ BBQ grill ~ Please note that if you use the BBQ, you are required to clean it before your checkout. If our cleaner finds that a BBQ has been used and not cleaned or not cleaned properly, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee charged to you. ~ Air Conditioners ~ Note that the air-conditioner units in each bedroom vary. 2 bedrooms have split system wall units and 2 have mobile air-conditioner units that connect to the windows via ducts ~ Parking ~ The property comes with dedicated underground parking for 1 vehicle only. Parking height restriction 2.1mtr. ~ Letterbox Use ~ Note that for security purposes for the owner, we do not have access or a key to the letterbox for the apartment. Do not get mail posted to you at the address because we will have no way to retrieve it for you from the letterbox.
