The Village is a great place for a Mammoth vacation. Walk out the door and you are in The Village with easy access to the Gondola (takes you to Canyon Lodge), the bike park shuttle, or the free town shuttle. There are dozens of shops, restaurants, and bars that you'll be able to visit with ease. Park your car and leave it, everything is right here. The floorplan of this condo is spacious and comfortable and it does NOT feel like a hotel room. Experience everything mammoth lakes has to offer by staying in this awesome space. Includes access to year round heated pool and multiple hot tubs. Please not that this condo is in original condition. Even though it has not been updated, it is fully functional as a place to relax comfortably after a day of adventure in the mountains. We strive for a 5-star review from every guest. Fully licensed with The Town of Mammoth Lakes - Permit #TOML-CPAN-15485 Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. Other things to note Only one parking pass available. Paid parking for additional vehicles is available at Mammoth RV Park or across the street from the Village. No parking allowed on the street in the Town of Mammoth lakes during winter. Guests must return key cards and parking pass upon departure. Replacement cost for keys is $25 and for parking pass it is $100. Guest will be asked to pay these costs if they do not return these items. If you plan to use the hot tub or pool, please bring pool/beach towels. We provide towels for use in the condo, but pool towels are not available. Internet/Cable outages are rare, but we are located in a remote mountainous community, so they do happen. Please bring other entertainment options just in case. We can not offer refunds due to weather. Please monitor the conditions in our area and cancel more than 5 days prior to your check-in date for a full refund. Please be prepared for extreme weather.
