New house. Sunny. 10 min to the Zoo and city center.

We are renting out our house on the east side of beautiful Kristiansand in the summer of 2023. The house is close to a public transport hub and there are 2 parking spaces in front of the house, in addition there is guest parking. The house was built in 2021 and is of high standard. Despite the fact that the house is located in a chain, there is little insight and good opportunities for sunbathing and privacy on terraces. The sun conditions are amazing with several verandas to stay on, there is sun from 10 am - 10 pm. The space The area is spread over 3 floors, respectively as follows: 1st floor: Hallway, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room 2nd floor: Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - Exit to small porch on the front and backyard. 3rd floor: Living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms - Exit to large veranda As there is a bathroom on each floor and 2 living rooms, it is possible to stay in different places, which can be nice if you are 2 families on a trip. The small veranda on the 2nd floor is pulled in from the facade, which makes it extra warm and cozy, even in the evenings. The large veranda on the 3rd floor is excellent for sunbathing and swimming. In the backyard on the 2nd floor there is sun in the morning, here it is nice to enjoy the morning coffee, here there is also a gas grill. Beds: 2 pcs 180 double bed, 1 pc 140 double bed, possibility of using inflatable 150 double bed. Travel bed for the smallest is lent out on request. Guest access The whole house except the garage. Other things to note Other facilities: Use of hot tub, charging of electric car, rental of electric bicycle and keeping of animals by appointment. Our house is suitable for 2 families or up to 3 couples traveling with young children. No partying/smoking. Duration of rental is preferably long weekends and during the joint holiday week basis Saturday-Saturday. Paying for laundry is mandatory - we do this to ensure the experience of those who rent with us.
