Baumann's apartment / close to nature

Relax here in this beautiful accommodation. The apartment is very quiet and close to the field and is ideal for relaxing walks or bike rides. Edermünde-Grifte is in the middle of the motorway connections to the A7, A44 and A49. Our train station is an 8-minute walk away. From there you can easily reach e.g.: Kassel, Marburg, Frankfurt. Families are very welcome. The space The apartment is newly renovated and refurbished and has 65 square meters. It is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room and bedroom. The apartment can be made available with additional sleeping facilities for up to a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a dining area, SENSEO coffee machine including coffee pods, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, as well as crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and much more. A radio is also available. The couch in the living room can be used as a bed for a third person. An additional bed is available for the 4th person. The bedroom has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack with shelves. It is heated with oil central heating. You reach the apartment via 7 steps in front of the front door and 15 steps in the apartment on the 1st floor. Guest access A seating area is available for our guests in front of our house. Other things to note For anyone interested in documenta, Kassel can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. It is also possible to take the train to Kassel.
